Anticipated Schedule

The PA 23 EIS project is being reviewed by PennDOT, FHWA and LCPC.  The alternatives are being considered based on impacts and costs.  PennDOT and LCPC have provided for funding within the 20 Year Long Range Plan for Lancaster County.  Below is a possible schedule based on funding availability. 

Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision	2010-2012
Final Design/Right of Way Acquisition	2015-2019
Begin Construction	2022
